this was a concept project i was gonna do back around 2013 (im assuming, i lost the original file creation dates in a backup), the idea was to take popular songs and deconstruct them in the odd-timing-centric FM chiptune style i was working in at the time

i was gonna do a dedicated youtube channel for it and have custom animated pixelart for each song (the album art is as far as i got with the art, it was a "counter" i was using as a base to count in 9/8 for "Texting Tigers"

obviously the project never picked up, i got distracted/burnt out/moved on to other projects/transitioned/etc/lmao, but i still really like the idea and i found the old files so figured i might as well upload what i had!

here is a list of what i was intending on making songs for, i only finished two and had a couple more i was working on the MIDI files for:
